This careful process usually takes 1-2 days, but in some cases, it may take up to 3 days.
We serve primarily in the lower 48 of the United States of America. If you are ordering from Hawaii and/or Alaska and other regions, please reach out to us directly and we will give you a quote.
If you want to ship us internationally, please let us know.
Shipping Costs and insurance: Shipping costs. Shipping is currently free for all orders. However, some orders to Hawaii and Alaska may incur a small fee. There may also be customs charges based on the countries we are shipping to.
We take great care of products in our shipping process, so if anything arrives damaged, just let us know and we'll send you a new one. It's quite rare that any items get broken when they're shipped but it does happen, which is why we take great care in using packaging that ensure safety of your items.
We offer 30 days returns. We will always try our best to accommodate your return requests.
