Warranties & Return Policies

Warranty & Returns:  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order. Please note, the warranty period for items varies by product category. Warranty is applicable to items purchased through Smartdesk Pro. Warranty includes product defects and does not include damages resulted from user error. Things that void a warranty and further business with Smartdesk Pro include physical abuse of the item, improper use, permanent alterations, failure to return all pieces/parts, returns resulting in product damages due to insufficient packaging or swearing/threatening customer support.

Please Note: Failure to report items that arrive damaged within 30 days of receipt may result in denial of reimbursement.

Any product being returned to us must have an RMA number included. Failure to include RMA number may result in delayed processing. Refunds or replacements may take up to 7-10 business days from receipt to be processed. Return shipping charges on items that are ordered in error or no longer needed are non-refundable. Smartdesk Pro is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed. Any product utilized in food processing must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return. 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs for any item(s) returned.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply, and no other warranty applies to: 

  • Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership. 
  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, accident, modifications, water, or fire. 
  • Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled as claims against the carrier. 
  • Damage caused during unloading or installation, which will be handled as claims against the installer. 
  • Modifications or attachments to the Product that are not approved by Smartdesk Pro. 
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with Product instructions and warnings. 
  • Products used for rental purposes. 
  • Adhesive products installed at temperatures below 50ºF (10ºC). 
  • Labor and/or materials to remove and replace Products. 
  • Non-standard or published products. 
  • Damage caused by environmental issues, including use and/or storage of the Product in facilities subjected to uncontrolled high temperatures. 
  • Third-party products – Smartdesk Pro, to the extent possible, will pass through to the original purchaser (and process claims under) any warranty provided by third-party products supplied to Smartdesk Pro. 
  • Normal aging and wear of fabrics, filling materials, and finishes of soft seating and other upholstered products  


Timilon Technology Acquisitions LLC warrants that for a period of five years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from manufacturing defects. Timilon Technology Acquisitions LLC, at its option, will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. 

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid from the date of the original purchase. Proof-of-purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. This warranty does not cover consequential damages and/or damages resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product by failure to store, maintain and/or use the product in accordance with directions otherwise. In addition, disassembly, repair or modification by anyone other than Timilon Technology Acquisitions LLC, acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornados will not be covered.

Limited Warranty

Timilon provides a 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below) and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Timilon will offer no warranty service without this number.

Timilon warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for five years labor and five-year parts from the original ship date. During this period, Timilon will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Timilon’s option, without charge to you.

Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service will be paid by Timilon.

All original parts (parts installed by Timilon at the original system build) replaced by Timilon or its authorized service center, become the property of Timilon. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted and the customer is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.

Timilon makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this other than as set forth below. Timilon makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service

RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy:

If repairs are required, the customer must obtain a RMA number and provide proof of purchase. RMA and services are rendered by Timilon only. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority here at FlexiSpot. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new FlexiSpot products. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

FlexiSpot Height-Adjustable Desk Frames

All height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, motor and other mechanisms, and a 2-year warranty for the controller and switch, electronics. 

FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations

Flexispot Sit Stand Desk Converters have a 5-year warranty for the frame, desktop, and a 3-year warranty for the gas spring system and other mechanisms. 

Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty 

Chairs

All FlexiSpot chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty. 

Massagers

All FlexiSpot massagers purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty. 

Monitor Mounts

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.

What Happens If My Product is Defective?

FlexiSpot will replace (at no charge to you) the defective parts on any of our products when the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material. If FlexiSpot is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States. We use FedEx Ground to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

What is Not Covered?

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
  4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.

Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).

How to File a Claim?

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at contact@flexispot.com or toll free at 855-421-2808. Make sure you have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your FlexiSpot product.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, AND FLEXISPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FLEXISPOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUESTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

How State Law Applies

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

MooreCo Products Limited Lifetime Warranty

 MooreCo warrants that your Product is free from defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product or subject to the below schedule. This warranty only applies to Products purchased directly from an authorized MooreCo dealer and is only valid for the original purchaser and for the original installation. The warranty is terminated upon transfer, sale, or modification of the Product. 

If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, MooreCo will replace or repair it at no charge, based on the below schedule. This is your sole and exclusive remedy, and repair or replacement of the Product will be at the sole discretion of MooreCo and is your sole and exclusive remedy for products found by MooreCo to be defective. Shipping charges to the repair facility will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and shipping charges to return the repaired Product to the purchaser will be paid by the purchaser, except for Products returned for repair during the first 30 days after purchase, in which case all shipping charges will be paid by MooreCo. MooreCo will not pay labor costs associated with repairs or replacements. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise, including, but not limited to, lost profits, personal property damage, and third party liabilities are hereby expressly excluded. Likewise, MooreCo will not be responsible for any damage to customer’s property caused by incompatibility of the product with customer’s flooring and other customer property. This warranty is subject to the limitations, exclusions and other provisions below, and applies to Products purchased after June 1, 2020 which are delivered within the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Canada. 

Discontinued products will be replaced with “like product” at MooreCo’s discretion. MooreCo will not renew or extend this warranty to a repaired or replaced product. MooreCo will not honor the attempted transfer of this warranty.

Some natural variations occurring in polypropylene material or other natural materials are inherent to their character and are not considered defects. MooreCo does not warrant the colorfastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of these materials. Customer’s Own Material (COM) selected by and used at the request of an original purchaser is not warranted. Our products are intended for interior use—exterior use of them will void the warranty. 

MooreCo seating is tested and warrantied for users up to 253 lbs. Use above that weight is not tested or warrantied and considered misuse and abuse. 

Use of “short throw” wall-mounted projectors are only warrantied on the Interactive Projector Board (2G5 and 4G5) series and Interactive Projector Board + Whiteboard System (764XX). 

Porcelain surfaces may have minor surface imperfections due to the manufacturing process. If these imperfections cannot be seen from 3 feet under diffuse (dead) light and without “searching”, they are not covered under warranty. Any surface imperfection from the factory shall erase as with the rest of the surface or will be covered under warranty 

Limitations involving particular Product lines, materials, and components: The particular Product lines, materials and components listed below are warranted according to the following schedule from the date of sale:

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MOORECO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MOORECO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF TIME OR USE, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

NOTICE TO PURCHASERS FOR HOME OR PERSONAL USE:

Federal law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties for consumer Products. Therefore, if you are purchasing this Product for home or personal use, the exclusion of implied warranties noted in the above paragraph does not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

To obtain service under this limited warranty: by following the procedures regarding warranty claims outlined below, you can be assured of the best level of service. 

  1. Contact MooreCo by phone at 1-800-749-2258 or by mail at 2885 Lorraine Avenue, Temple, Texas 76501 within 30 (thirty) days of discovery of the defect. Be prepared to prove you are the original purchaser of the Product and provide your model number, description of the Product, and description of the defect. Then provide MooreCo with your name, address, area code, and telephone number. 
  2. MooreCo will review all pertinent information regarding the claim, including inspection of the Product if deemed appropriate by MooreCo. 
  3. If MooreCo affirms that the Product in question is eligible under the conditions of the limited warranty as stated above, the customer service representative or another representative of MooreCo will determine whether to provide replacement parts, authorize repairs, or replace the Product. 

PRODUCTS RETURNED TO THE MOORECO FACILITY WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

Product Returns:

We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged, and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at returns@smardeskpro.com stating your reason of return and attach images/video of the product. Once your request is approved, we may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Costway. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we have received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to the original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation before Shipment:

If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

Contact us via info@smardeskpro.com to have your order cancelled immediately. Please provide the order details, including order number, receiver's name and/or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation after Shipment:

If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $17. Cancellations after shipment is only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any Items delivered by truck, UPS sure post or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery. After receiving your returned item, the full refund minus a flat recall fee will be credited back to your original payment within 3 business days.

Returned Products:

For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance for any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.

Defective Item:

If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem, please contact us at info@smardeskpro.com before returning the item.

Received the Wrong Item:

We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you free-of-charge return shipping label. After receiving your returned item, please send us an email to info@smardeskpro.com indicating your order details. We will, upon request, send you the correct item or issue the full refund.

Item Damaged during Transit:

In the unlikely event your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at info@smardeskpro.com. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund can be requested after we have submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation. We may require images and/or video of the defective product.

Missing or Lost Item:

If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at info@smardeskpro.com with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. Process will take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.
